Executive Coaching: Career Transition
Many of our clients come to us seeking coaching in connection with a transition that they plan to make in their
careers. The transition may be to a new job within their firm or company, to a similar job with a different employer,
or to an entirely new career.
We offer
customized career transition coaching and counseling to all our clients, based on their specific needs.

We work with our clients to identify the underlying motivation for the prospective change. Based on this
work, some of our clients have actually decided to remain with their current employers because they have
found ways to take control of their work to make it more fulfilling and satisfying.
In addition to helping our clients to identify their strengths, weaknesses, values and
interests, we help
them to identify their passions so that they can effect a transition into a career that is not only fulfilling and
satisfying, but also fun!
We help our clients to develop a career transition plan that includes clear goals to be achieved within
defined time periods and ask them to account for their performance on a regular basis.
Through our one-on-one coaching and our Client Portal, we provide support to
our clients in connection
with the preparation of their resumes and cover letters.
We teach our client effective networking and interviewing skills.
